Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Certain products are non-returnable, including: final sale items, gift cards, and products marked “non-returnable” at checkout.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account after processing.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
